Admission of U.S.$125,000,000 6.125 per cent Notes due 2036 (XS2775892065) issued by the Government of the Emirate of Sharjah acting through the Sharjah Finance Department to the Official List of Securities of the Dubai Financial Services Authority (“DFSA”)

The DFSA hereby announces that the 6.125 per centU.S.$125,000,000 Notes due 2036 (XS2775892065) (‘the securities’), issued bythe Government of the Emirate of Sharjah acting through the Sharjah FinanceDepartment, under the Global Medium Term Note Programme, have been admitted tothe Official List of Securities of the DFSA today.

The securities will be consolidated and form asingle series with the existing U.S.$750,000,000 6.125 per cent Notes due 2036 issuedon 06 March 2024.
