The move is part of its plan to separate its operations in India and the Gulf countries.<\/p>\n<p><a rel=\"noamphtml\" id=\"event-\" data-post-id=\"event-\" data-event-category=\"Keyword_To_URL_widget\" data-event-action=\"click\" data-event-label=\"AMP_3320152\" class=\"ie-click-event\" href=\"https:\/\/www.financialexpress.com\/market\/aster-dm-healthcare-ltd-share-price\/\">Aster DM Healthcare<\/a><amp-analytics type=\"googleanalytics\" class=\"i-amphtml-layout-fixed i-amphtml-layout-size-defined\" style=\"width:1px;height:1px\" i-amphtml-layout=\"fixed\"\/> will offload the 65% stake held by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Affinity Holdings, in Aster DM Healthcare FZC\u2014the holding firm of GCC businesses\u2014to Alpha GCC Holdings.
